Hi David, I am not even sure how big the garage is! (soon to be workshop when asbestos roof is replaced and fully insulated floor and walls) I only went there once and it is knackered, a complete do it up project, new heating system, floors, electrics, kitchen and bathroom etc required. Ummm..... It is all Location and potential, nearly double the workshop I have now at a guess with potential to double that again. Hopefully it will all go through OK. Just woods out the windows at the back, totally overgrown jungle of a garden. Very exciting! But we will have to rent while we sort it (not good for our little boys to live in) so I will probably vanish for a while from the blog world and re surface with 'THE WORKSHOP' as my next project. Scared to think it took me 10 years to get this one right, hopefully I can get the new one going a bit quicker. Perhaps I should just build a new one in the garden? Is that what you did or was it a double garage conversion? All the best, Berin.
